I had a recent occasion where this would have come in very handy for crime scene photo’s, given it’s ability to overlay location data to a photo. Will now be my at work camera app.

Im a photo reporter and this is VERY handy. Works perfectly. Recommended.

This app does a single thing, but it does it well--exactly what I needed for a project tracking location info. I would like to be able to change the comments in the viewfinder window for each photo and not just in the settings.

Adding a zoom feature would earn 5 stars from me.

This app and the developer are exceptional. Requested updates are made and the product meets and surpasses my needs. He makes things easy for the User.

Ive only had it for about 30 minutes but I find it easier to use than other geo/photo apps that seem to crash and arent as easy to input text in on the photo. I like the fact I can also do Lat Long decimal seconds too.

I take a lot of pics in the field for work, and have other guys who do as well, much of it location sensitive. We always take the pic, take a screen shot of the lat/long from a separate app, then text or email to GIS with - you guessed it - separate comments. With ReconCam we can do it all from one app. I still verify the lat/long with a separate device, but Im betting that gets better.

This product makes it easy for my crews to keep record of the various locations we have to map and document each day with pictures.

Theyll sell the heck out of this if they add an intervalometer to it.

Great camera, just what I needed for my work. The date, timestamp, Lon, lat, and comment are perfect for proving what areas I work in and any vandalism found. Thank you.

I had a choice between this app with no reviews as of March 29, 2014, or a similar app that only got two stars and had problems with the flash and crashing. So far this app has been working flawlessly, has all kinds of options for the text and works exactly as promised. Great app, definitely worth the $2.99.

They got it right. It does what it says. I use it for field inspections and it is perfect for reporting deficiencies to the maintenance department. A picture with a general location overlayed is a handy communication tool between departments. Simple yet effective.

I found this app very helpful! A delivery truck kept hitting our walls and breaking them. This app allowed us to use location and time stamping to help our case with the company! I would recommend to anyone who is even considering it.

I work in the pipeline field where pictures and information to pipelines crossings happen are crucial. This is a must have if you are trying to share locations with people are happening. Good job and on this app!

I purchased this app to document my physical symptoms for my doctor to review at a later date. However, this app does not make use of the front-facing self portrait camera. Now it will only be useful if I can have someone else photograph my symptoms.
